- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 5 - 10 years of professional experience, preferably in product marketing, business development, or solution development within the telecommunications and/or IT services sector.
- Proven experience with telecommunication services such as data, voice, roaming, and/or IT services.
- Knowledge of mobile services and digital services including cloud, data center, cybersecurity and managed services is considered a strong plus.
- Experience in carrier and/or enterprise and wholesale business models and commercial frameworks, including exposure to telco–IT offerings.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value propositions, bridging network, IT, and business teams effectively.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated capability to coordinate and manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, including internal technology teams, commercial units and external partners.
- Excellent C-level presentation and executive communication skills, with the ability to position both telecom and IT solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to conduct commercial negotiations and presentations fluently.
- Solid ability to develop business cases and financial models.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented, with strong ownership, accountability, and delivery focus.
- Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.

Neler Yapacaksınız?
- Monitor telecommunications and IT industry trends; conduct comprehensive market, competition, and customer analyses supported by benchmarking studies.
- Own end-to-end (E2E) lifecycle management of both telecom and IT-enabled products, from ideation and solution design to launch, performance tracking, optimization, and retirement.
- Act as a bridge by leading and aligning design and implementation activities with Wholesale shareholders, network and IT teams, digital units, and external partners (vendors, integrators, hyperscalers, etc.).
- Develop and manage product strategy, multi-year roadmap, and go-to-market plans for offerings including connectivity, cloud, security, data, and digital services, in line with corporate objectives.
- Design and execute strategic partnership models with internal stakeholders and external ecosystem partners, including carriers, IT vendors, system integrators.
- Lead the commercial and technical definition of wholesale and digital products, including service architecture, technical specifications, SLAs, pricing models, and value propositions.
- Own and continuously improve process design and governance across telco and IT product domains to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
- Lead or coordinate cross-functional projects involving network, IT, sales, finance, legal, operations, and external partners, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Conduct pricing, feasibility, and business case analyses for telecom and IT services; manage budgets, campaigns, and commercial initiatives to maximize profitability and market impact.
- Drive product launches and commercial execution, ensuring operational readiness across network, IT, billing, provisioning, and support functions.
- Perform end-to-end performance monitoring, including 360° analysis, KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement actions across both telco and IT portfolios.
