• • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, Graphic Design or similar fields.
• • A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual design and communication, executive management support, data analytics.
• • Preferably experience in strategic management.
• • Advanced experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote.
• • Creative thinking and ability to visualize strategic data.
• • Strong understanding of typography, presentation text editing.
• • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable and visually appealing formats.
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
• • Work in fast-paced work environments and under time constraints.
• • Good command of English (written and verbal communication).
• • Results-oriented, creative, investigative, skilled in problem solving and reporting.
• • Familiar with the latest presentation tools to create effective presentations.
• • Preferably experience in telecommunications and/or technology

• • Develop effective visual tools for Board meetings, investor presentations and other critical needs of the CEO and Strategy team, create presentations, charts, infographics and other visual materials by visually simplifying complex information.
• • Convert strategic plans, roadmaps, KPIs and other important data into visual reports.
• • Analyze data sets used in decision-making processes and present this data with effective visual narratives.
• • Collaborate with senior management and different departments to develop appropriate visualization solutions for business goals.
• • Research innovative methods and best practices in strategy visualization to continuously improve processes, follow benchmarks and innovations.
• • Use advanced PowerPoint features (Slide Master, SmartArt, transitions, animations etc.) to create interactive and professional presentations.
• • Create presentations with other design tools if needed.
