Kimsiniz ?

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CIA) is a plus,
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in internal control, internal audit, or a related field, preferably within the telecommunications industry,
  • Thorough knowledge of local and international telecommunications regulations and compliance standards is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement,
  • Proficiency in auditing processes, risk assessment, and control evaluation,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English. The ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely,
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing projects,
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams,
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial and operational controls,
  • Familiarity with audit software and the use of data analytics tools is a plus.

Neler Yapacaksınız?

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of risk within the organization's operations and processes.
  • Develop and execute internal control plans to evaluate the effectiveness of controls and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Review financial processes, transactions, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with necessary standards.
  • Evaluate operational processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international telecommunications regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present detailed control reports to senior management, outlining findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal control and recommend improvements to existing processes.
